 Merikay H. Tillman, M.S. is the owner & CEO of COACH
MKay Companies based in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Her mission is to act as a catalyst to help individuals
and organizations create positive change to reach new
heights in professional and personal performance.
Through her coaching strategies and facilitative
seminars, Merikay inspires you to create an action plan
of success that generates results. The professional
development programs are fresh, entertaining and
energetic. She incorporates real world examples
from regional and national organizations she coaches
around the United States.


BIO INFORMATION

 Ms.Tillman received her undergraduate degree from UNC-Chapel Hill and her master's degree from NC A&T State University in Human Resource Counseling and is a current member of the National Speakers Association, International Speakers Network, and the National Society of Certified Healthcare Business sultants. Ms.Tillman has a diverse background
working as a restaurant manager, dental office
manager, sales professional for Dale Carnegie Training
and a consultant for a healthcare firm. She has over
ten years of experience as a business consultant and
program facilitator. Ms.Tillman offers professional
development to a variety of audiences including
dentists, physicians, corporate executives, managers,
supervisors & front line team members. Ms. Tillman is a
certified Dale Carnegie instructor and customizes all
programs to meet the goals of the event.
